Cheapy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Cheapy.
By using Cheapy, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. About the service
Cheapy is a service for creating looks, tracking products, and virtually trying on clothing.
Cheapy is not a seller of products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product information, including images, names, prices, sizes, and availability, may come from third-party online stores.
All trademarks, images, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders.
Cheapy uses product information only to provide the service and may reduce, restrict, or remove product images when required by a rights holder or applicable law.
2. Age
Cheapy is intended only for users over 18 years old.
By using the service, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
3. Account
Authorization may be required to use some features.
The user is responsible for the security of their account and for actions performed through it.
4. User content
The user may add product links, create looks, upload photos, and use other service features.
The user confirms that they have the necessary rights to the content they upload.
The user is responsible for content they upload or publish through the service.
5. Photos and virtual try-on
For virtual try-on, the user may upload a photo.
The user confirms that they have the right to upload that photo and permit its processing.
If the user uploads a photo of another person, the user confirms that they have the necessary permissions.
If the user uploads a photo of a child, the user confirms that they are the parent, legal representative, or otherwise have the necessary rights and consents.
6. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to upload or use through Cheapy:
- illegal content;
- harmful materials;
- content that infringes third-party rights;
- nude or sexualized images of minors;
- materials related to child exploitation or violence against children;
- content that violates applicable law.
Cheapy may remove such content or restrict the user's access to the service.
7. Publishing and sharing
Some Cheapy features allow users to share looks or other content.
By using those features, the user understands that content may become available to other people.
The user decides independently what content to share.
User-uploaded photos remain private unless the service clearly offers, and the user expressly chooses, a publishing action for that photo. A standard shared-look link does not publish user-uploaded photos or source product images.
8. AI-generated results and virtual try-on
AI-generated covers and virtual try-on results are newly generated visual materials. They may be inaccurate, similar to results created for other users, or include unintended visual artifacts.
Virtual try-on is a visual and informational feature.
The result may differ from the real appearance of a product, including its fit, size, color, or quality.
Cheapy does not guarantee the accuracy of virtual try-on results and is not responsible for purchase decisions made by the user.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the user may use and share AI-generated results created for them through the Cheapy features made available for that purpose. This does not grant the user rights to third-party trademarks, product images, or other protected materials that may be reflected in a result.
9. Third-party stores
Cheapy may show product information from third-party online stores.
Cheapy does not control such stores and is not responsible for their prices, product availability, delivery, returns, product quality, or website content.
10. Paid features, Cheps, and Plus
Current prices and plan contents are published at /pricing.
At signup, a user receives 5 Cheps once and can track up to 10 active items at the same time. One Chep is charged for one selected look action: creating a look, showing it on a model, or trying it on yourself. Repeating any action is charged separately.
A user may purchase Cheps packages separately or subscribe to Plus. Plus provides a limit of up to 100 active tracked items and 3 Cheps after each successfully paid period. Cheps from packages and Plus share one balance, do not expire, and carry over between periods.
Plus is subscribed to for 30 days with automatic renewal. The payment partner charges the next period unless the user turns off auto-renewal in advance. Turning off auto-renewal does not end an already paid period; after that period ends, the active item limit returns to the Free plan conditions while accumulated Cheps remain available.
11. Technical errors, support requests, and refunds
If an operation does not complete because of a confirmed Cheapy technical error, the charged Chep is restored automatically or after support reviews the request. If a result is created but contains an apparent technical error, the user may send a description and result link to support@cheapy.online; each request is reviewed individually. A result differing from subjective expectations does not by itself constitute a technical error.
For an erroneous or duplicate money charge, an uncredited package, or another justified claim, the user should contact support@cheapy.online. Monetary refunds are made where and as required by applicable law, taking into account the part of the service already supplied and documented costs actually incurred. Where appropriate and agreed with the user, an issue may be resolved by restoring or adding Cheps.
12. Intellectual property and takedown
Rights to Cheapy, including the interface, software, design, and other service elements, belong to Cheapy or are used on a lawful basis.
The user does not receive ownership rights to the service.
Rights holders may contact support@cheapy.online to report a product image or other material that allegedly infringes their rights. The notice should identify the material, the relevant Cheapy or source URL, the right concerned, and contact details for a response. Cheapy may remove or restrict the material while reviewing the notice.
13. Service availability
Cheapy may change, update, or temporarily limit individual features.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
14. Account deletion
A user can delete their account through the service.
After account deletion, data recovery may be impossible.
If a user has an active paid subscription, account deletion cancels auto-renewal. The already paid period may be restored when signing in again with the same provider until the period ends, without restoring deleted data.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is available in the service.
Continued use of Cheapy after the Terms are updated means acceptance of the new version.
