Cheapy Privacy Policy

Cheapy respects user privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and how a user can delete their data.
1. Data we collect
We may collect:
- account data: email, name, avatar, language, and profile settings;
- data related to authorization through third-party services;
- messaging service account data if the user uses such features;
- looks created by the user;
- product links, saved products, and tracked products;
- images uploaded by the user for their looks;
- photos uploaded for virtual try-on;
- virtual try-on results;
- notification settings;
- payment and purchased-plan information, including the amount, currency, status, and transaction identifier;
- technical data required for the operation and security of the service.
2. How we use data
We use data to:
- operate the service;
- authorize the user;
- create and store looks;
- provide virtual try-on;
- show a look on an AI model;
- track products and send notifications;
- protect the service from abuse;
- fix errors and improve service quality.
3. Photos and virtual try-on
A user may upload a photo to create a virtual try-on.
The original photo is used only to generate the try-on result and is automatically deleted after processing.
Virtual try-on results may remain in the user's account until the user deletes them or deletes the account.
To create a virtual try-on, photos may be shared with AI service providers required for Cheapy to work.
Photos uploaded by a user for their looks are private by default and are available only through the user's authorized account. They are not used as anonymous social preview images or published through a shared-look page.
When a user removes an uploaded photo from a look or deletes the look or account, Cheapy removes the corresponding stored user image, subject to short-lived technical backups or records required by law.
4. Product images and AI-generated covers
Cheapy may temporarily cache reduced copies of product images received from third-party stores. These copies are used inside the authorized service interface for product tracking, creating looks, and running user-requested AI features. Cheapy does not provide source-resolution product images through its image interface.
When the user requests an AI-generated look cover or virtual try-on, the product images and the user's instructions needed for that operation may be shared with the AI service provider. AI-generated results may be stored in the user's account until the user deletes them, deletes the related look, or deletes the account.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We may share data with service providers required for Cheapy to work, including:
- AI service providers;
- authorization service providers;
- messaging and notification service providers;
- the payment partner that accepts payments and processes payment credentials;
- cloud infrastructure and data storage providers;
- other technical service providers required for the service to operate.
Such providers receive only the amount of data needed to perform the relevant function.
We do not sell users' personal data to third parties.
6. Payment data
Payments for paid Cheapy features are completed on the payment partner's secure side. To process a payment, the partner may receive an order identifier, selected plan, amount, currency, and technical data required for the transaction.
Cheapy receives information about the payment result but does not receive or store the full bank card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV code, or the user's bank account credentials.
7. Content visibility
By default, user content is private.
Content may become available to other people only if the user chooses to use publishing or sharing features. Anonymous shared-look pages use a separately generated cover or a neutral preview and do not disclose the user's uploaded photos or source product images.
8. Children and photos of children
Cheapy is intended for users over 18 years old.
If a user uploads a photo of a child, the user confirms that they are the parent, legal representative, or otherwise have the necessary rights and consents for that upload and processing.
It is prohibited to upload nude or sexualized images of minors.
9. Cookies
Cheapy uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authorization, security, and correct operation of the service.
At this time, Cheapy does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
10. Account deletion
A user can delete their account through the service.
When the account is deleted, data belonging to the user is deleted, including looks, virtual try-on results, user photos, settings, and related account data.
Some anonymized technical records may be retained to the extent necessary for service security, abuse prevention, tracking already used introductory benefits, restoring a paid subscription period without restoring a deleted account, or compliance with legal requirements.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
At the same time, no method of transmitting or storing data on the internet can be absolutely secure.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is available in the service.
Continued use of Cheapy after the Policy is updated means acceptance of the new version.
